Terms Of Service
♥.General
By Commissioning me the Artist, you the Client agree to these Terms Of Service.I retain the right to decline commissions.As stated further in. Nothing made by me, Hazepearl, may be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI or future inventions in those spaces.
♦.Payments
Payment will always be upfront, meaning I will not begin the commission unless I am paid first.Payment can be paid in parts (half upfront, half at the end) if price warrants it, or discussed and agreed on prior to beginning. I do not consider this for commissions of or under $200.
♣.Revisions
Changes and revisions in the sketch and lineart stages are free (and encouraged! save us both stress later!)Within reason, 3-5 changes in the flats stage is free. Any additional changes in the final stages will result in a 5% fee.
♠.Deadlines and Delivery
Please let me know ahead of time if there is a set deadline you need the commission by, there will be a 5%-10% fee based on possible rush and any need for queue shuffling. I will begin a commission within a month of the request to be accepted. With a delivery of a month from that point. I will give notice if there is any delay due to any health, or personal reasons.
♥.Use
You can use the commissioned artwork as a profile picture, banner, phone/computer background. With credit to me. You can make three (3) Prints or Stickers of the commissioned artwork for personal use or as gifts.You cannot edit my artwork in any way or under any circumstance. If you want anything edited or added I will do so, for free or at a fee based on complexity. I do not permit the posting of my art on Twitter/X.
♦.Intellectual Property Rights
I the Artist retain the right to display all commissioned work in any personal venue. I the Artist retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise. Image rights can be negotiated for an added fee. The Client may not profit from the artwork unless image licensing or commercial rights are exchanged. I the Artist retain the right to decline rights exchanges. Nothing made by me, Hazepearl, may be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI or future inventions in those spaces.
